Delivery & Return

Orders placed will be delivered in 2-3 working days within kathmandu valley. Payment is accepted in forms of QR, cheque or cash. Self pickup point Customers who choose to check and buy themselves can visit our store located at bhimsengola and place an order for delivery or can take on their own. Outside valley orders Because of the nature of our product the orders are only delivered till transport office of concerned address so customers should pay before hand and collect parcel from nearest transport office. This process will charge Rs.1,500/- or above. Returns & Exchanges Customers who wish to return or exchange the product may choose to visit themselves or pay certain charges and contact kursinepal for further process.

Shipping Information

Goods ordered in bulk will be shipped in delivery vans while individual orders of chairs are shipped by motorcycle to easily navigate through out the tight and congested streets of katmandu valley. Skilled personnel accompany goods to ensure proper delivery and customer satisfaction.

Cleaning & Care

For regular cleaning use soft microfiber cloths along with cleaning agents like colin on all surfaces.
